We want every purchase to be made with confidence. You have 30 days from receipt to change your mind, well beyond the 14 days provided by law.
Conditions
To be accepted, a product must come back to us unopened, seal intact, in its original packaging, with no sign of use. For reasons of hygiene, an opened product cannot be taken back.
How to proceed
- Write to us at within 30 days, quoting your order number.
- We send you a prepaid return label within 48 business hours.
- Drop the parcel off with the indicated carrier. Keep your proof of postage.
Return costs
The return is entirely free : we cover the prepaid label at our expense.
Refund
The refund is made within 14 days, to your original payment method, standard delivery costs included. Express shipping supplements are not refunded.
Faulty or damaged product
Report it within 7 days, with photographs. We proceed with a replacement or a refund, as you prefer. Your statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects remain fully applicable.
