Which products make up the Maison Marlaie range?
Three references, conceived as a coherent trio. PURE, detergent for white linen. NUANCE, detergent for coloured linen. MÉMOIRE, our signature softener, which carries the scent of the house. You can choose them separately or together in the L'Essentiel set.
How do I dose the detergent and the softener?
Count 7 ml per kilo of linen. For an 8 kg machine, that is around 56 ml of detergent and, if you wish, 56 ml of MÉMOIRE softener. The right amount is enough: the signature reveals itself through measure, not excess.
Will the linen keep the scent after drying?
Yes. The olfactive signature of MÉMOIRE was composed to persist discreetly on dry linen, like a lingering trail of scent. This is the heart of our promise: an everyday gesture that leaves a trace.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed for everyday use on the linen of the whole house. If you have a particular skin sensitivity, we recommend, as with any household product, that you consult the composition on the back of the bottle and test on a small area.
Are your detergents compatible with all machines?
Yes, PURE and NUANCE are used in the machine like an ordinary wash, poured into the drawer or directly into the drum. MÉMOIRE goes into the softener compartment.
At what temperature can I wash?
Our detergents suit everyday programmes, from cold washes to warmer cycles. Always refer to the care label of your linen for the temperature suited to each fabric.
Where are your products made?
In Italy, at our partner laboratory, in the tradition of the laundry house and household laundering to which the brand is heir.
What are the delivery times and costs?

Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 30 days to change your mind, on unopened products in their original packaging. The return is free: we send you a prepaid label. The details are on our Returns page.
