What is the difference between PURE, NUANCE and MÉMOIRE?
PURE is our laundry liquid for white and ecru linen. NUANCE is our laundry liquid for coloured linen. MÉMOIRE is our signature fragranced fabric softener. To discover them together: the L'Essentiel set.
Are your products made in France?
Our formulas are developed in France and made in Italy, by a partner specialising in premium household products. Shipped from Antibes.
Are the products hypoallergenic?
Our formulas are well tolerated by most skin types. For very sensitive skin or baby linen: an extra rinse and a prior test are recommended.
Which scent?
An olfactive signature shared by all three products: a finely composed woody-iris fragrance, neither sweet nor overpowering. A lasting yet discreet trail of scent, evoking freshly pressed linen.
Dosage and use
What dosage should I use?
Count 7 ml per kilo of linen: for a standard machine (6 to 8 kg), around 42 to 56 ml of PURE or NUANCE, and the same measure of MÉMOIRE in the softener compartment.
How many washes does a 1 L bottle give?
Around 20 washes for PURE and NUANCE, and around 20 uses for MÉMOIRE.
At what temperature should I wash?
Effective from 20 °C to 90 °C. We recommend 30 or 40 °C for everyday linen.
Can I wash by hand?
Yes. Dilute 20 ml in 10 litres of water. Ideal for silk, fine wool and delicate linen.
Orders, delivery, returns
What are the delivery times?
Dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from Antibes. Mainland France: 2 to 4 days by Colissimo, 1 day by Chronopost express.
Is delivery free?
Yes, from 50 € in mainland France, and from 150 € within the European Union.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 30 days from receipt for an unopened product, in new condition, in its original packaging.
My parcel arrived damaged, what should I do?
Contact us within 3 days at contact@maison-marlaie.fr with photographs. We cover a replacement or a refund entirely at our expense.
